Refund Policy
At Jigglebee, we want your experience to feel simple, transparent, and low-risk.
If you purchase a paid Jigglebee subscription and decide it is not the right fit, you may request a refund within 14 calendar days of the payment being successfully processed.
This policy applies to both:
- the original purchase, and
- any renewal charge, where applicable
Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of the relevant charge date.
For example, if you are charged on March 1, your refund request must be submitted no later than March 4.
How to request a refund
To request a refund, please contact us through our contact page and include the email address used for your purchase, along with any order or subscription reference you have available.
You do not need to provide a long explanation. A short request is enough.
Subscription cancellations
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
If you cancel, your subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period unless the most recent charge is refunded under this policy. Cancellation prevents future renewal charges, but it does not automatically create a refund for charges outside the refund window above.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, charged more than once, or experienced another billing issue, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review and resolve it.
Refund processing
Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the purchase. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
Abuse and exceptions
We may decline refund requests submitted outside the refund window, except where required by applicable law. We may also review refund requests more closely in cases involving abuse, repeated refund requests, or misuse of the service.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated version on this page and update the “Last updated” date above.
