This Privacy Policy explains what information Jigglebee collects, how we use it, and your rights. The good news: there's not much to explain.

Our privacy philosophy

We built Jigglebee to be private by design. The core functionality — activity simulation — runs entirely on your computer. We don't capture screenshots, log your keystrokes, monitor your applications, or track your activity in any way.

Why? Because if you're using software to manage your presence status, you probably value your privacy. We get it, and we built the product accordingly.

What the desktop app does NOT collect

Let's start with what we do not touch

• Screenshots or screen recording
• Actual keystrokes or typed content
• Application usage or browser history
• Files, documents, or personal data

The simulation creates synthetic activity. We do not capture or transmit your real activity.

What we DO collect

The app periodically connects to our servers to validate your license. We collect

• Your license key
• a timestamp
• basic system information (OS type, app version, etc.)

This data is used only to verify that your license is valid and has not exceeded its device limit. We do not correlate this with your identity beyond your purchase record.

Website analytics

Our website (jigglebee.com) uses privacy-respecting analytics to understand aggregate traffic patterns. We may use tracking for our own advertising purposes only.

We do not

• Sell your data to third parties.
• Collect data more than what it intended for our own advertising.

Account data

If you create an account on our website, we collect:

• Email address
• Password (hashed and salted - we cannot read it)
• Payment information (handled by our payment processor, not stored by us)
• Purchase history

We use these information to:

• Deliver your license
• handle support requests
• Process payments and refunds

We do not sell or rent this information with third parties.

Third-party services

Payment processing: Lemon Squeezy (handles payment data)

Email delivery: AWS SES (for transactional emails)

Analytics and Marketing: Meta ads, Google ads, etc.

Data retention

License validation logs: Retained for 180 days for debugging

Account data: Retained while your account is active, deleted upon request.

Website analytics: Aggregated data only, no individual records.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have rights including:

Access: Request a copy of data we have about you.

Deletion: Request we delete your account and associated data

Correction: Request we correct inaccurate information

Portability: Request your data in a machine-readable format

Since we do not collect much, these requests are usually straightforward.

Children's privacy

Jigglebee is not intended for use by minors. We do not knowingly collect information from children. If you believe we have collected information from a child, contact us and we will delete it.

International data transfers

If you are outside the United States, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States, where our servers are located. We take appropriate safeguards to ensure your data is protected.

Security

We use industry-standard security measures to protect any data we do collect:

• HTTPS encryption for all web traffic
• Secure password hashing
• Limited data access within our team
• Regular security reviews

No system is 100% secure, but we take reasonable precautions.
