Before the legal language: Jigglebee is a desktop application that simulates computer activity. You can use the free version without putting your credit card information. If you subscribe to a paid plan, you get a license with additional features. Do not do anything illegal with it. We are not responsible for how you choose to use the software or the consequences of that use. For full details, keep reading.

Acceptance of terms

By downloading and using Jigglebee ("The Software"), you agree to be bound by these terms of service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the software. These terms apply to all users, whether you are using the free version or a paid license.

Description of service

Jigglebee is a desktop software that simulates human computer activity, including mouse movement, keyboard input, scrolling, clicking, etc. The software runs locally on your computer. We reserve the right to modify, update, or discontinue any feature at any time. We will try to give notice for significant changes, but we cannot promise advance warning for everything.

License grant

Free version: We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the free version of Jigglebee for personal use, subject to the limitations of the free tier.

Paid version(s): Upon subscription to a paid license, we grant you aa limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the paid features. Paid licenses are tied to your account and may be used on the number of devices specified in your plan.

You may not

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the software.
• Rent, lease, sell or sublicense the software.
• Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
• Use the software in a way that violates any applicable law.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• How you choose to use Jigglebee.
• Complying with your employer's policies (if applicable).
• Complying with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws.
• Any consequences that result from your use of the software.

We do not provide legal advice. We do not know your workplace policies, employment contract, or local laws. It is your responsibility to determine whether using Jigglebee is appropriate for your situation.

Payment and refunds

Pricing: Paid licenses are sold at the prices listed on our website. Prices may change, but changes will not affect existing active subscriptions until renewal.

Payment: Payments are processed through our payment provider. By purchasing, you authorize us to charge your payment method.

Refunds: If you are not satisfied with the paid plan, contact us within 3 days of purchase for a refund. We do not require a detailed justification, if it is not working for you, that is reasonable enough for us.

Subscription Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account portal. You will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

Privacy

Your privacy matters to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand what information we collect and how we handle it.

The short version: Jigglebee runs locally, we do not capture screenshots, log your activity, log keys strokes, or access your files. License validation requires periodic connection to our servers, and that's it.

Disclaimers

THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.

In plain language: We built Jigglebee to work well, and we stand behind it, but we cannot guarantee it will work perfectly in every situation. Monitoring software varies, workplace policies vary, and technology changes. We make no guarantee about detection avoidance.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JIGGLEBEE AND ITS CREATORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the software shall not exceed the amount you paid for the software in the 6 months preceding the claim.

In plain language: If something goes wrong, we are not responsible for the fallout. You are choosing to use this software, and that choice comes with its own set of considerations and risks.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jigglebee, its creators, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses or expenses arising from your use of the software or violation of these terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the software at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. You may stop using the software at any time. Upon termination, your license to use the software ends. Sections that should survive termination (like disclaimers and limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will post the new terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the software after changes means you accept the new terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Jigglebee operates, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
